The Clarksburg Premium Outlets in Maryland are officially open!!! If you live in the NOVA area I know you have to be as excited as I am about this. Who doesn’t love a new outlet mall? The grand opening took place on Thursday October 27th and I am thrilled that I was invited to attend and do some media coverage for the event. Below you’ll fine some photos that were taken by Simon — Doesn’t it make you wanna grab a coffee from Starbucks (Which there is one on location!) and go shopping for the holidays?!

The center is Simon’s second LEED-certified Premium Outlets center, incorporating numerous energy-saving measures in its day-to-day operations, such as LED-lighting, bike racks, solar technology and an enhanced storm water management system. Love it!

You’ll also find below are some live small videos from my Insta-stories while I was shopping and enjoying the festivities they had going on. Lastly, I will show you some great outfits I put together from my shopping spree I had.

To find a complete list of stores click here. Clarksburg Premium Outlets is the first outdoor, two-level outlet center in North America where shoppers can enjoy a sophisticated community space with covered walkways, spacious courtyards, landscaping, fountains, waterfalls, custom art, a fireplace and a children’s play area.

Now let’s get into some fun highlights of the event!!!!

I brought one of my best friends with me to enjoy the fun! Shopping is always better with a friend. Below you will find a view videos showing the Steve Madden and Nike outlets.

When walking into the Steve Madden outlet, I wanted to take everything in a size 9 home with me, I mean thats normal right? They had an extra 20% off that day as well. Total win-win!!

I literally had a blast, this place is not only gorgeous, the layout is perfect, every person I came across was so happy to be working there. The customer service was impeccable. Even with it being a crowded event, everyone seemed so happy just to be there. It put me into the holiday spirit and I’m glad I began some of my Christmas shopping! I will be putting together some great Holiday gift guides coming up for everyone as well so keep your eye out for that, in the mean time, below are some great items I purchased while shopping at Clarksburg Premium Outlets!

First great purchase I made was this gorgeous bright color sweater from the Express Factory Outlets!

I also fell in love with this vest from Old Navy which is pictured below.

Can we also discuss this leather skirt from Express Factory Outlets? (Picture below) To die for! You can also pair with some black tights, body suit and knee high boots as well.

I also grabbed these brown booties from Express Factory Outlets as well, can never have enough booties!!

I didn’t get the chance to hit every store as I wanted to but I will be going back to cover more ground later this month! I did most of the damage (shopping) in Nike, Express and Old Navy. I plan to stop in Tory Burch, Kate Spade and Under Armor next time! This is definitely a great place to find some amazing deals wether it’s for the holiday shopping or even just for yourself. You can even bring the whole family, tons of choices to grab lunch or dinner at as well. One of my favorite places where I ate was Rise Pies, photo below (yes, I’m sorry if you’re hungry now) The pizza is made in less than 2 mins and the meatballs are a MUST!!
